Our Affiliate program is the heart of our company.

Affiliates, Interns, Commission Only Entry Level Staff and Salaried Staff receive a 5% commission rate on any direct sales. Everyone receives a second-tier override of ten percent of their commissions, .5% from sales generated from referred affiliates.

Most affiliate commission products in the industry are sold at less than $100.00 with an average commission of $5.00 to $10 dollars. Our minimum product sales are usually $5,000.00 with a minimum commission of $250.00 per sale.

Our commission pay out schedule is once per week on 10% of the commissions earned on your account. We close the reports on Friday at noon. All sales after that count toward your next week commission run. All commission checks for affiliates and Interns are paid through PayPal. Salaried individuals are paid by check and are on a w2. Salaried individuals also receive fully paid health benefits and may participate in the company ESOP for their retirement plant.

Additional benefits:

Intern to Hire participants can request advances of up to $500.00 per week on the balance in their commission account as long as they are maintaining a B average while in school. For every 100 fully paid clients Interns will qualify for a $5,000.00 scholarship bonus. The scholarship bonus must be paid directly to a University. An Additional 25% will be added if you are going to a select group of colleges such as LIM College in New York City

Commission Only Entry Level Representatives may request advances up to $1,000.00 per week on the balance in their commission accounts. Once 100 active clients are reach you automatically qualify to switch from commission only to a salaried position. This promotion may happen sooner if your Sales Manager approves you.

For every 100 fully paid clients Interns will qualify for a $5,000.00 tuition reimbursement  bonus. The  bonus must be paid directly to a University. An Additional 25% will be added if you are going to a select group of colleges such as LIM College in New York City.

Salaried Staff are provided a draw. Weekly pay is simply 10% of your Commission Account Balance or your draw, whichever is higher. Draw is capped at one year’s salary. Sales and Regional Managers receive higher draw accounts. Top producers in the company may also have their draw increased.

Our draw is non-recourse so unlike other companies. Should you leave the company, you never owe a negative balance back to the company or any bank.

For salaried staff, they also receive a 100% production bonus at year end. This bonus is applied directly to your commission account and effectively doubles your commission rate on direct sales and on overrides from affiliates you recruited and people you may be managing.

Sales Managers. Receive office space through the Regus.com network. A sales manager is responsible for hiring and supporting the sales network made up of Affiliates, Interns and obviously our staff.

Sales managers are promoted strictly within our existing staff. They must already be on the path to Microsoft certifications and are professionals that are also building the company affiliate network and assisting Interns or Commission Only Staff on closing clients.
